A 24-inch water line break is making traffic a mess at 71st and Sheridan.

The break was reported Sunday night and crews immediately began closing lanes in the area as the work goes on.

KRMG news has learned the break will take until at least noon to repair and some lanes are slowed or blocked in all directions. The city says none of the businesses in the area are affected, according to the city.
