Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police need more details before they can make an arrest in a girl's shooting.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene near 2100 South 109 East Avenue about 12:15 this morning where a runaway had been shot twice.
Tulsa Police Sgt. Chris Moudy said investigators don't know much about the shooter.
“Until we can talk to the victim and get more information from her we’re kind of at a standstill on that.”
Detectives want to know what the 16-year old was doing at the Bradford Town Homes.
“That apartment might be a hangout but we’re not sure,” Sgt. Moudy said.
The girl's mother showed up at the hospital where the girl was treated for gunshots to the arm and hip.
