A man is recovering after being shot at a motel in east Tulsa.

On Saturday around 10:15 p.m., officers with the Tulsa Police Department were called out to Relax Inn near East Admiral Place and North 68th East Avenue for a man who had been shot.

Officers say the man is not complying with investigators and will not give information about the shooting. Police say the man received non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.

According to TPD, there is no ongoing threat to the public related to this event.
