Actor Rumer Willis on Tuesday announced that she and her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, are expecting their first child.

Willis, the eldest daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, shared photos of her baby bump in a post on Instagram.

On Wednesday, her mother shared a photo of the family at a doctor’s office. In the image, Rumer Willis lies with her arms behind her head while her sister, Scout Willis, poses with her arms in the air and her other sister, Tallulah Willis, touches her stomach. Moore is in the center of the photo.

“Overjoyed for you, my sweet Rumer,” Moore wrote in an Instagram post accompanying the photo. “It’s an honor to witness your journey into motherhood, and can’t wait to welcome this baby into the world!”

Emma Heming Willis, who is married to Rumer Willis’s father and mother to two of Rumer Willis’s younger sisters, also shared the news in a social media post, according to People.

“Baby news is happy news!!!” she wrote. “We are elated over here!”

Rumer Willis and Thomas confirmed their relationship publicly last month, E! News reported.
