TULSA, Okla. — A truck went into a house in east Tulsa Friday morning.

The truck was seen partially inside a house in a neighborhood near East 41st Street and South Garnett Road.

Tulsa police said the driver of the truck told officers he has issues with the brakes, and he tried to stop, but his foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas.

A person inside the house has minor lacerations. There is some structural damage to the side of the house.

Police said the driver did not show any signs of intoxication and is cooperating. He was issued a citation.
