Tulsa man arrested for arson and endangering human life

TULSA, Okla. — Gary Pino was arrested for 1st degree arson and endangering human life on May 7.

According to the Tulsa Fire Department(TFD), they responded to an apartment fire call at 4:00 a.m., May 7.

An employee at the apartment told TFD that a fire alarm went off in Gary Pino’s room.

The employee went to Pino’s room, where he would not let her in.

When she forced her way into the room, Pino threatened her with a stick.

While in the room, she saw a two to three foot fire against a wall.

She screamed to get an extinguisher.

Pino fled the scene and the employee put the fire out.

Pino returned to the area around 9:15. a.m. and was arrested by TFD.
