TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police arrested two people in a murder that happened at the Center of the Universe in downtown Tulsa in July.

Police said 15-year-old Ronyelle Overstreet was arrested for first-degree murder on Tuesday, and 18-year-old Isaac Harvey was arrested for first-degree murder and possession of a firearm after juvenile adjudication on Thursday.

Police said 18-year-old Serenity McAdoo was shot and killed on July 17, after a fight took place between two groups of people hanging out at the Center of the Universe.

Tulsa police arrested Dusty Stevens weeks later after he admitted to firing the first shot that led to a shootout.
