TULSA, Okla. — Even Tulsa police admit this is not something they see everyday... and just wait until you do!
TPD says a laundromat near 21st and 129th East Avenue was burglarized November 8th around 3 am. Surveillance video shows the suspect smash the glass door with what appears to be a hammer, then break in and steal a large gumball/toy vending machine.
Gumball Machine Burglary👮👮GUM BALL MACHINE BURGLARY -- Can you help identify? We have to admit, this is not something we see every day... On 11/8/21 around 3:00 a.m., a burglary took place at a laundromat near 21st and 129th E. Ave. The suspect smashed the glass door, then broke in and stole a large gumball/toy vending machine. As you can see in the video, the suspect struggled to get the large machine out the door, but eventually made it out with it. Once outside, the suspect broke the machines open and removed the cash boxes. Anyone who recognizes the person in the video is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. After that it’s a clear struggle. You can see the suspect eventually work the machine out the door. Once outside, the suspect broke the machines open and pulled out the cash boxes.
