TULSA, Okla. — The Golden Driller in midtown Tulsa is getting a costume change for an art exhibit making a stop in Tulsa.
The Philbrook Museum shared on their Facebook page they will take over the Golden Driller for two weeks to spread the word about “Rembrandt to Monet”, a series of paintings by artists like Rembrandt and Claude Monet that will visit the museum in February.
On Wednesday, the driller was seen with a newly-added striped shirt and a mustache.
Philbrook members can get a first look at the paintings from Feb. 18-19, and the public can see them Feb. 22-May 28.
