TULSA, Okla. — A man is dead after a shooting at an apartment complex in east Tulsa.
Police responded to the Plaza Hills East Apartments near 21st and 129th East Avenue around 3 a.m..
Tulsa Police said officers found the victim dead on arrival.
Tulsa Police said one suspect is in custody, but it is unclear how many more individuals were involved.
According to TPD, this is Tulsa’s first homicide of 2025.
