TULSA, Okla. — Police are investigating a shooting at a north Tulsa apartment complex Friday morning.

Tulsa Police said a man was shot in the head at the Apache Manor Apartments near Apache and Harvard.

The man is expected to survive.

According to police, a fight broke out in the apartments between two groups of people, leading to the shooting. The victim was shot in the head and taken to the hospital.

TPD said there was a short standoff with some people in the apartment and one person was taken into custody. No one else was injured.

Police said there’s no danger to the public and they’re still investigating the shooting.
