Oklahoma native Carrie Underwood was chosen to perform ‘America the Beautiful’ at President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.
The ceremonies were moved indoors to the Capitol Rotunda due to the weather in Washington, D.C.
After President Trump was sworn in and he gave his inaugural address, Carrie Underwood was set to perform when something went wrong with the backing track audio.
Underwood didn’t miss a beat and could be heard saying “I can just sing it.” She invited those in the room to sing along and proceeded to perform the song with no further issues.
