Tulsa, Okla. — A man is facing a manslaughter charge accused of running into a person who was crossing the street near the Walmart at 66th and Memorial.
The crash happened Monday evening.
The suspect is Zachary Poland.
We're told Poland said he swerved to avoid a car that pulled in front of him and then hit a pedestrian, pinning that pedestrian between the car and a wall.
