Officers are called out to Country Lane Elementary after a student says his father punched him in the face.

Tulsa police say 33-year-old Bertheophilus Maurice Bailey was arrested Thursday afternoon because the child had a injury on his inside upper lip.  The child informed a Department of Human Services worker at the school about the incident.

This isn't the first time Bailey has faced child abuse allegations.  Court records show he received a deferred sentence in 2010.

Bailey is also a senior pastor at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Claremore.
