Searches for the phrase Williams popularized in Dead Poets Society, "carpe diem," exploded to six times the average after his death. Queries about depression tripled, and nearly all of William’s movies saw a spike following the tragedy.
When it came to people, Jennifer Lawrence topped the list. Lawrence had huge movie hits with X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. However, some of her "search power" certainly came as people worldwide looked for x-rated pictures hacked from her cell phone.
The top actor was Jared Leto from Dallas Buyers Club while Ray Rice led all athletes.
