Residents had to be evacuated from an Owasso apartment building on Saturday.

A fire broke out around 6 p.m., at the Villas at Bailey Ranch Apartments.

Fire crews tell us multiple units suffered damage.

A cigarette between a wall and balcony on the second floor is the cause of the fire.

No injuries were reported.

It was the second area apartment fire on Saturday, caused by a smoking device.

Sunday will be another high-fire danger day with temperatures reaching the mid-70s.  Please be careful when disposing of cigarettes.
