Owasso’s first brewery is scheduled to open at the end of February.

We told you originally owner, Donny Eldridge, hoped to be open by the end of November.

Eldridge says putting in the elevator slowed them down, along with final steps with government agencies.

He says he’s hoping to make beer by the end of this week. The brewery will serve food like burgers and pizza baked in an oven shipped from Italy.

Emersumnice will also feature live music and will have an upper level available to rent for special occasions.
