TULSA — Tulsa police were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident on the Broken Arrow Expressway near Yale just before 11am Thursday.

KRMG’s reporter arrived to find the victim deceased in the center lane on the westbound side of the highway.

Ofcr. Danny Bean with TPD told us they believe the man may have been homeless and staying in the area, but they had yet to determine why he was attempting to cross the highway there.

Evidence and witness statements indicate multiple vehicles hit the man.

The drivers involved stopped and cooperated with the investigation.

No one else was injured.
