Broken Arrow, Okla. — Over 200 PSO customers were without electric service early Thursday in an area near Albany Street and County Line Road in Broken Arrow. A transformer exploded in the area, causing the outage at around 4 a.m. Power was restored to most of those affected by 7 a.m. PSO crews made several passes through the area to ensure that there were no other outages.
