Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating a homicide near 21st and Southwest Boulevard.
A man was shot to death around 7 p.m. Monday at the Waterside Apartments at 1900 South Jackson Avenue.
We're told the victim was found under a car at the gated community.
He died at the scene.
Police are trying to develop more information on a possible suspect.
