Tulsa Police say surveillance camera video led them to a pickup truck and two porch pirate suspects, who police think are behind a rash of porch pirate cases around 81st and Sheridan.

Police spotted the truck at 96th and Riverside, where they pulled over and arrested Jacob Mosquito.

Later, they tracked down a second suspect, Brandon Stealer, in west Tulsa.

Police say Stealer actually confessed to stealing items of porches.

Police say the men are now facing theft and conspiracy charges.

The cases fall under the McGirt ruling and will be tried in either tribal or federal court.
