A Top 15 fugitive with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections was recently taken back into custody.
The incident happened at a Tulsa Motel 6, near 51st and South 129th.
KRMG's told 30-year-old James Dean was serving time for possession of a firearm. However, he was on the list because of his known affiliations with an Irish Mob prison gang.
An out of town guest we spoke to says he must have picked the wrong area to stay at in Tulsa.
"You don't know who is staying at these motels," the guest said. "You want to be careful where you stay."
Dean's girlfriend, Nicole Dutra, faces a count of harboring a fugitive.
Since January, state agents have arrested 90 fugitives.
