Tulsa, Okla. — A man is arrested accused of driving a semi the wrong way down Skelly Drive. We're told the driver 32-year old Elbert Kennon did not stop at red lights and crashed into a vehicle near 51st and Harvard. No one was injured. Police believe Kennon then went to a casino near 91st and Riverside and walked away from the vehicle. Police found him naked in the area around 8 p.m. Tuesday. Kennon is thought to have been high on PCP during the episode.
