TULSA, Okla. — Locals got a chance to safely blow off some steam at a facility where you can get to break things.

The facility is the called the Tulsa Smash Room, located near 21st and Garnett in East Tulsa.

Over the weekend, the hosted a Weekend Smash Session where people were able to break, crush and smash various items with axes, sledgehammers and baseball bats.

Alex Andrews, who owns The Smash Room Tulsa, said smashing stuff is simple and enjoyable for the whole family.

”Yeah its a very fun family-friendly atmosphere. I’ve got a bunch of stuff for you to break, I’ve got a lot of things for you to break them with. Today I’m very excited, I’ve got a guitar, and like a big old printer. It really depends on the day what I have, but I consistently have good stuff to break,” said Andrews.
