WATTS, Okla. — Four people are dead following a wreck involving a Westville school van and a truck in Oklahoma, authorities said.

According to KOKI-TV, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday at Highway 59 and Bakery Feed Mill Road in Watts. Two adults and nine children were in the State Line Christian Academy van when it collided with a Dodge Ram with two people on board, authorities said.
Four people died at the scene, including the van’s driver, a 34-year-old woman, and two of her passengers, ages 13 and 11, KOKI reported. The truck’s driver, 61-year-old Larry Valentine, also died, authorities said.
Investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash, according to KOKI.
