MIAMI — Five people were injured late Wednesday in a shooting incident at a Miami home, authorities said.
According to Miami-Dade police, the victims were taken to two separate hospitals in South Florida, WPLG reported.
Officers responded to a residence in northwest Miami at about 9:21 p.m. EDT and found a man and woman who had been shot, the television station reported.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue rushed both to an area hospital. The man was listed in critical condition, while the woman was in stable condition, WPLG reported.
Several minutes later, police said they were advised that three gunshot victims from the same residence arrived at the emergency room of a separate hospital. They were then taken to the hospital where the first two victims were taken.
Those three people all suffered gunshot wounds, WFOR reported. They were in critical but stable condition, the television station reported.
No ages or genders were given for those three people.
Police said there was a party or gathering at the residence where the shooting occurred, WPLG reported.
