Founded in 2021, the King Cabbage Brass Band has taken Tulsa by storm. They released their first album, Live at Cain's, in 2022 and play sold out clubs almost every weekend. Since 1976, there have only been three hosts of the morning show on KRMG. Dan Potter has hosted since 2012, Joe Kelley hosted from 2005-2012 and, before that, for almost 30 years, the legendary John Erling ruled the Tulsa airwaves with a unique mix of humor and controversy. John's voice hasn't been heard on KRMG since his last commercials faded away around 2009, or so. But...that ended this week when Dan invited John back to our studios to be on a guest both on-air, and on this podcast.
