The AG’s Office said 39-year-old Alexis Elizabeth Jean Blackmon faces charges in Tulsa following a July, 19, 2024 incident, where she is accused of starting a fire in her home.

Investigators say Blackmon also fired a weapon into a nearby home serving as a daycare center, where 12 people, mostly children, were inside.

In 2008, Blackmon was sentenced to 38 months in a Kansas prison for second-degree murder.

The AG’s Office is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that can directly lead to Blackmon’s arrest.

“This individual should be considered armed and dangerous. By adding her to this high-profile list, we urge anyone who has information about Ms. Blackmon’s whereabouts to come forward,” said Drummond. “She is a threat to public safety and needs to be brought to justice.”

The 10 Most Wanted program started in September of 2024 to spotlight violent fugitives and encourage public assistance in bringing them to justice.

The AG’s Office said 16 fugitives have been captured since the program’s launch.
