BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The release of specialty license plates supporting Broken Arrow Public Schools has been pushed back due to a Service Oklahoma system overhaul.
BAPS said it knows residents are excited for the license plates, but Service Oklahoma is currently overhauling their system, which has put specialty plate processing on pause.
FOX23 reported when former high school senior Parker Wagnon wrote to Senator John Haste to propose a bill for the plates, which was eventually signed by the governor.
The plates cost $41.15, with $20 from each purchase going directly back into the district.
BAPS said their expected release is now February 2026. You can find the application for the license plates by clicking here.
