The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for two suspects, who they say checked out a lot more than books from the Sperry Library.
The Sheriff’s Office says they took a 225-pound bronze statue, worth $13,000, from the front porch area of the library.
They say it happened around 3:00 a.m. on November 24th.
The Sheriff’s Office says the two suspects, described as white males wearing black hoodies and jeans, were seen on a surveillance camera sitting on a nearby bench a few minutes before the crime happened.

The statue is of a young boy seated on a bench reading a book with a dog on his lap.
