TULSA, Okla. — The holiday spirit has made its way onto the Ascension St. John NICU floor.
Nursing staff shared holiday photos of the babies in the NICU on social media.
As Christmas approaches, the NICU nurses are getting in the spirit and celebrating the babies under their care.
The NICU sees and cares for babies with critical illnesses, as well as premature babies. The Level III NICU has been operating for nearly 50 years.
Recently, the hospital has expanded its women’s and infant health programs to Owasso. Owasso boasts “the region’s largest OB-GYN team” and the only Certified Midwife program.
St. John will expand into Claremore in the new year.
