WAGONER, Okla. — Wagoner Fire Department responded to a call for a structure fire on Monday.
The report said a single family home was on fire and two people were inside, along with their pets.
Wagoner firefighters were able to evacuate the two people as well as the five dogs.
Firefighters said they were able to contain the fire to the area where it started and said they are still investigating the cause of it.
The house sustained smoke damage inside, the living room has fire damage, and the two residents have been transported to the hospital. Their condition is currently unknown.
