SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Law enforcement is responding to a standoff near 9th and Franklin in Sand Springs, where authorities say an armed suspect has barricaded himself inside a house.
Sand Springs Police said the suspect shot at an empty car before barricading himself inside a home.
