UPDATE 1/14/2025 — Stolfa pled guilty to over a dozen of charges today. He will be required to register as a sex offender.
A sentencing hearing is set for March 3.
STILLWATER, Okla. — A former Stillwater dental assistant is expected to plead guilty to over a dozen charges involving sexually assaulting patients.
We reported that police arrested Cody Stolfa in late 2024 accusing him of taking video of his victims as he sexually assaulted them while they were unconscious from June to September 2021.
Stolfa was in court last week where he told the court he’d like to enter blind guilty pleas to all charges.
The court accepted Stolfa’s pleas and struck the jury trial that was set to start yesterday.
He is due back in court tomorrow.
