JENKS, Okla. — A Jenks family is seeking donations after losing everything in a house fire on Thursday.
No one was injured after the Emerson family’s house caught on fire, but all personal belongings have been destroyed or are unaccounted for, including some of the family pets.
The family is seeking donations to help with the cost of living for the next few weeks.
According to a GoFundMe created by the victims, the Emerson family includes Chris, Amy, Matthew and Hannah Emerson, who were still living in the house at the time of the fire.
Family members not living in the house include Michael and Courtney Emerson, Sarah and Jared Spencer, Stephen, Emma and Emelia Emerson, Rachel and Josh McIntyre, Daniel and Rachel Emerson, Becca Emerson and David Emerson.
