TULSA, Okla. — TPD is asking for help in locating a man who went missing in south Tulsa.
Police say Jathan Bliss, 23, was last seen on January 21 around 4 a.m. in the area of 91st Street and Yale.
Bliss is described as 5’7″ wearing a camoflage hoodie, jeans and white Air Jordans.
