TULSA, Okla. — Ashley Philippsen has resigned from her position as CEO of ImpactTulsa. Her final day will be at the end of February. The Board of Directors says it has started the process of appointing an interim CEO.

“Ashley has led ImpactTulsa with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to improving educational outcomes for Tulsa’s children,” said Amy Poloncheck, Chair of the ImpactTulsa Board of Directors. “Under her leadership, the organization strengthened its data-driven approach, expanded community partnerships, and sharpened its focus on long-term, systems-level change. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and confident in the strong foundation she leaves behind.”

The organization says Philippsen will continue to support ImpactTulsa in a consulting capacity.

“It has been an honor to serve ImpactTulsa and work alongside such dedicated staff, partners, and community members,” said Phillipsen. “I am incredibly proud of what we’ve built together, from pilots to the infrastructure for sustainable change. ImpactTulsa is well-positioned to continue driving results for social and economic mobility among Tulsa’s young people, and I look forward to supporting the team through a smooth transition.”
