TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — Tulsa County deputies arrested a man accused of attempting to enter a Bixby house where a teenager and toddler were home alone on Wednesday.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a house near East 171st Street South and Highway 64 in south Tulsa County following reports of a disturbance.
A man was reported yelling and banging on the door, attempting to enter the house.
As deputies arrived on scene, the suspect, later identified as 45-year-old Librao Rosales, placed his personal belonging inside the family’s garage before running into a nearby wooded area.
Using the scent from clothing left behind, K-9 Missy was able to track the suspect. After a short foot pursuit, Rosales was taken into custody without further incident.
Rosales was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for breaking and entering, obstruction, existing Tulsa County warrants and a warrant from the Creek Nation.
