TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department is searching for a 79-year-old woman last seen near Bartlesville.
Police said Watana Carrigan was last seen on Feb. 12 driving her 2001 white Ford F-250 with the Oklahoma tag GRC725 north near Bartlesville
She was officially reported missing on Feb. 13.
