TULSA, Okla. — Today is Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday, and there are multiple ways to celebrate around the Tulsa metro area today.
Bourbon St. Cafe, located at 211 East 2nd Street, will be hosting a party from 3 to 11 p.m. today that will have live bands, aerialists, and street performers. there will also be food to partake. You can purchase tickets for the event here.
Duet Restaurant, located at 108 North Detroit Avenue, will hold a Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. and will consist of four courses paired with three wines. The cost is $50 per person and you can make reservations by calling 918-398-7201.
Cajun Ed’s Southern Scratch Kitchen, located at 2101 East 71st Street, will be partying all day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will have daiquiris, beads, king cake and more food. Live music kicks off at 5:30 p.m.
The Bayou, on Mother Road Market at 1124 South Lewis Avenue, will be holding a week-long celebration with a pop up starting today at 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. February 22. They will have food that will be 100% plant based.
The Pump Bar, located at 602 South Lewis Avenue, will kick off the party starting at 11 a.m. with music, beads and drinks. Chris Foster will be performing from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. and then DJ Alimac will take over from 7 to 10 p.m.
Caz’s Pub, located at 21 East Reconciliation Way, will have drink specials and giveaways starting at 8 p.m. tonight.
The Max Retropub, at 114 South Elgin, will be hostinga buzzer trivia night beginning at 8 p.m. followed by dancing.
Crawpappy’s Bar and Grill, located at 3344 East 51st Street, will have a crawfish boil starting at 11 a.m. with cold drinks, spicy crawfish and more.
Keel’s Lounge, located at 5116 East Pine Street, will be serving authentic Cajun/creole food and drink specials from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Potbellys Bar and Grill, at 3724 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow will have a menu celebrating Fat Tuesday starting at 11 a.m. They will be serving up gumbo, fresh oysters, and special drinks.
Elm Street Pub, located at 329 South Elm Street in Jenks, will kick off the celebration at 6 p.m. with king cake, a shrimp boil and drinks for the event. Their full menu will also be available.
