TULSA, Okla. — A former Tulsa pastor has been sentenced after taking a plea of no contest for sex crime charges.
According to court records, Bertheophilus Maurice “Judge” Bailey Sr., was convicted of first-degree rape, child sexual abuse, incest, and forcible sodomy, while a second charge of first-degree rape and first-degree burglary were dismissed.
For the first three counts, Bailey was sentenced to prison for 15 year and 10 years for the fourth count. The sentences will run concurrently and he will receive credit for time served and earned.
