The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a wind advisory until 9pm Monday night for the following counties in Oklahoma:
- Tulsa
- Craig
- Creek
- Mayes
- Nowata
- Osage
- Pawnee
- Rogers
- Washington
South winds are currently 15 to 25 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour expected Monday. The gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects, and could possibly bring down tree limbs. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
The KRMG StormCenter is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed during the advisory.
