Trader Joe’s opens location in Broken Arrow

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – The much-anticipated Trader Joe’s in Broken Arrow opened its doors to the public for the first time on Monday.
Lots of Trader Joe’s fans went shopping at the grand opening of the grocery chain’s new store on Hillside Drive near the Target store.
Store Captain Chad Hamor, who also got the Tulsa Trader Joe’s underway 10 years ago, promises they’ll make the store more Broken Arrow-centric.
He says about half of his roughly 100-person crew came from the Tulsa store, and about half are newly created jobs.
