Broken Arrow gearing up for the holidays with holiday market

The city’s Rose District Holiday Market is back on Main Street, open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. each Tuesday through December 23rd. “The Rose District Holiday Market is a place where you get the experience of shopping local alongside the fun of the ice rink. You can also get family pics in front of the 40-foot Christmas Tree, and there are free opportunities to take pics with Santa,” said Kathryn Vick, Rose District Farmers Market facilitator. At the market, you’ll find as many as 30 vendors offering holiday meal staples and handcrafted gift options for the holidays. New this year, according to the city, will be a variety of great gift options and stocking stuffers, including candles, room sprays, hand soaps and many more. The BA Ice Rink, at the Rose District Plaza, is open through January 5th. Santa Clause will come to town beginning November 18th visiting with kids on Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Grinch will make a special appearance on December 2nd, the city noted. You can even bring your pets for pictures with Santa at the Claus and Paws event on December 9th.
