Coweta set to begin construction of new Food Truck park
By Steve Berg – KRMG News11/18/2025 1:41pm COWETA, Okla. – The City of Coweta plans to start construction soon on a new Food Truck park, thanks to a grant from Wagoner County. The City approved the idea back in March, but the money from the County Economic Development Authority will now make it possible to actually go forward. The park will sit on a roughly half-acre lot in what the city has been branding as the Broadway District, right beside Coweta City Hall to the south. It will have a large circle drive that will feature a rotating line-up of around half-a-dozen food trucks. Plans also call for a stage and shelter, a sitting area with shade sails, more trees and lots of green space. They say bids will go out soon and construction will take about a year.
