TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa City Council has approved the first distribution of Improve Our Tulsa 3 (IOT3) Housing Funds in the amount of $13.7 million.
The City Council says the funds will go towards affordable housing grants, revolving housing investments, strategic land acquisition as well as housing preservation and rehab.
The IOT3 program was approved by voters in August 2023 which included $75 million for housing initiatives.
