OKLAHOMA CITY — Carlos Uribe, 27, has been arrested by the U.S. Marshals Metro Fugitive Task Force (MFTF) of the Western District of Oklahoma on Monday.
Uribe is accused of kidnapping in Cleveland County and was placed on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted List in November.
“The 10 Most Wanted program has been an effective way for the public to play a part in getting dangerous criminals off the street,” Drummond said. “I appreciate the work of the MFTF and the agents of the Attorney General’s Office in their apprehending this fugitive from justice.”

According to authorities, on July 14, 2024, Moore Police responded to a domestic situation in which a woman said Uribe had refused to leave her apartment, pushed her into a bedroom and physically stopped her from leaving.
Police said the woman had visible injuries which were later found to be the result of an earlier altercation with Uribe. At this time, he was facing two charges of domestic casualty and battery against a pregnant woman.
Drummond applauded Uribe’s arrest and the work done through the partnership between the U.S. Marshals and his office.
