SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Sand Springs man who is accused of child sexual abuse.
TCSO said 53-year-old Ross Saylor was arrested for first degree rape of a minor, child sexual abuse, rape by instrumentation and forcible sodomy.
TCSO said the reported abuse started when the child was 11 years old and continued for years until the child disclosed the abuse to a trusted adult.
