COLLINSVILLE, Okla. — The City of Collinsville wants your unused pennies.

The City says it is currently experiencing a penny shortage and their banks are no longer supplying the coin.

They fear with the shortage and with no new pennies being minted, they will have to resort to no longer giving them out as change.

They are asking residents to help keep the penny in circulation by bringing them to City Hall. The City also says they are willing to buy them from you.
