TPD arrest two with vials of PCP on them

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police arrested two people that they say were in the middle of a drug deal.

According to police, officers say they saw what looked like a drug deal taking place in a parking lot near 58th and Peoria. 

Officers followed two suspects, identified as Jontay Billings,48, and Telisha Lawrence, 54, as they drove to another parking lot on 61st Street. Officers started a traffic stop after noticing the two pull in and out of multiple parking lots.

Billings parked the car and while getting out of the car, a small vial of PCP fell out of his pants leg. A second vial of PCP was found in the car along with a pack of dipped cigarettes.

Officers arrested Billings for trafficking PCP with a prior controlled dangerous substance conviction and conspiracy to commit a felony after conviction of a felony. Lawrence was arrested for trafficking PCP and conspiracy to commit a felony.
